Hi all,
one of the most challenging parts of the event will be finding an schedule that will work for all us around the world and with very different time contraints (work, family, etc...)
A prime candidate is to fix the core of the workshop at afternoon / evening CET time, but please leave your feedback here as how to make the schedule welcoming to everyone.
maybe we could all fill in what timezone we are in at the wiki? There may be certain workgroups that are CET only, so then it may make sense for them to use morning CET
We were thinking of a poll, IMO it would make sense to use a constraint-based system to schedule, but YMMV.
I am indeed in favor of a poll because people's constraints are not just dependent on time zones but also on family life, work habits, culture, etc.
Here is a poll: https://framadate.org/E4KjnDmLTceETOWw.
What's the best way to advertise it?
