How come a phishing mail managed to get through on Coq-Club? Is it because it impersonated some existing subscriber?

They sent all a mail two days ago about a new campain. (sorry I don't have cclub here to check myself)
maybe the spam stuff only looks at the From
field? Which seems to have something legit in this case (see the list archive if interested)
Yes, this is the campaign they alerted about. Someone has already shared the information by replying to the list BTW.
I think we can link to a more recent email explaining how the scam works
as noted there, the whole thing is not terribly obvious, as it usually is. We had similar stuff at my university a short while ago.
Oh, so that is a phishing mail. I wasn't sure when I saw it first. The from address looked as if it's something legit. Didn't click the link, thankfully.
