FYI: the cgywin repo server we use (kernel.org) is down again, apparently because the Certificate expired.

Possibly we should implement a fallback mechanism - or have our own repo server :-)

It didn't load in the morning. But CI is also fine again - I guess they fixed it. Still these 12h outages are not nice.
